I would like to meet with you to give you additional information about your estate planning needs, probate matter or elder care planning. I would be pleased to set up an appointment with you. At this conference, you’ll be able to learn all you need to know about how to prepare an affordable estate plan.

To arrange for your free phone consultation, you can call and leave a message 24 hours a day. Someone from my office will get back to you as soon as possible, if I am not immediately available.

Areas of Practice

In your initial consultation, we can explore all your estate planning considerations, including:

  • Creating or updating your will – Every person should have a will, and it should be updated after major life events. Having a basic will prepared does not have to be expensive!
  • Trusts — I can help you choose the right legal documents instruments to manage your assets, and to incorporate your estate plan goals.
  • Living Will — Having a living will is essential in this day and age. With modern medical technology you could live as a vegetable for an endless amount of years. Do you want to torture your family while you are in this type of condition? Therefore, getting a living will is a must!
  • Powers of Attorney — A power of attorney simply permits a chosen loved one to conduct your financial duties and decisions while you are incapacitated. Many lawyers make powers of attorneys much too long, complicated and expensive. I use a basic power of attorney legal form, and I charge you a reasonable fee for it.
  • Special Needs Trusts — Provide for a disabled child’s supplemental needs while preserving SSI government benefits.
  • Elder Law and Medicaid Planning — Plan today for nursing home care and transfer of wealth.
  • Estate Taxes — Avoid or minimize federal and state “death taxes.”
  • Asset Protection — Keep family wealth away from creditors.
